Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
- Accounting, reviewing and reporting with reference to plans, forecast, policies and procedures - AP, Treasury, FA and payroll
Review accounting policies, procedures, and lead the team efforts towards the same
- Lead and contribute to:
1. Month closing activities - Plan and drive provisions, prepaid release, FA, depreciation, payroll accounting, variance Analysis, accounting and review
2. Set, revisit and drive the processes according to the business needs and ensure the timelines are met on time
- Perform and lead balance sheet account reconciliations:
1. AP, taxes, prepaid, provisions, bank, loans, deposits, advance, FA, CWIP, payroll and inter-company
2. Ensure monthly reconciliations are performed and appropriate actions/key decisions are taken and executed for resolving issues.
- Accurate and regular receipt accounting, reporting cash balances, bank reconciliations and prepare payment proposals.
- Implementation and modification of ERP reports.
