- Accounting, reviewing and reporting with reference to plans, forecast, policies and procedures AP, Treasury, FA and payroll. - Review accounting policies and procedures, and lead the team efforts towards the same. Lead and contribute for a. Month close activities - plan and drive - Provisions, prepaid release, FA, Depreciation, Payroll accounting, Variance Analysis- Accounting and Review b. Set, revisit and drive the process according to the business needs, and ensure the timelines are met in time. - Perform and lead Balance Sheet Account reconciliations a. AP, Taxes, Prepaid, Provisions, Bank, Loans, Deposits, Advance, FA, CWIP, payroll and Intercompany. b. Ensure monthly reconciliations are performed and appropriate actions/key decisions are taken and executed for resolving issues. - Accurate and regular Receipt accounting, Reporting Cash Balances, Bank Reconciliations and prepare Payment proposals. - Implementation and modification of ERP Reports. Software skills i. Good at MS office excel, word, email and powerpoint. ii. ERP exposure Navison, or any other ERP say, SAP, Oracle, Tally. iii. Experience in corporate E-banking.
