Assistant Manager - Enterprise Intelligence - Data Analytics (9-14 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ KRAS :
- Contribute in various technical streams of EI implementation project.
- Provide consultation on tools and technology selection
- Provide product and design level technical best practices
People Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance management for the direct Reportees, as per the organization policies
- Training and mentoring of project resources
KPI :
- Timely and error free delivery of the projects
- Maintain the quality of projects as per the requirement
- Training and mentoring of project resources
DESIRED CANDIDATE :
- BE/BTech/MCA with adequate industry experience with at least 9-10 years of experience in Enterprise intelligence and Data and Analytics related work.
- Good experience on SQL and ETL tools like Informatica, SSIS, SAP BODS, Data Stage, ODI etc.
- Good Experience in Design and develop visualization using analytical tools like Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI.
- Must have data modelling / data warehousing .Data analytics projects involving ETL, Data warehousing and visualization
- Design ETL workflows for processing and storing data.
- Good exposure to SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, PL/SQL
- Team Management Experience is Mandatory
