Asst Manager - Employee Engagement

- Conceptualization, design and flawless delivery of all existing EE initiatives and flagship events PAN India 

- Partner with various stakeholders (internal and external) for execution of initiatives 

- Create detailed plans/checklist and manage execution within approved budget for all initiatives Develop ideas for creating new initiatives for EE 

- Planning, execution and communication of all new initiatives under Cascade and Propagation of all initiatives at all locations, branches and factories 

- End to End Budget and vendor management 

- Developing and collaborating with a team of Engagement SPOCS across locations
