Position Title : Asst. Manager - E-Commerce Location : Mumbai Coverage : West region Reporting to : KAM E-Commerce Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for delivering on Value, Volume and Growth targets 2. Input plans Specific to your geography to drive priorities, and impact of the same. 3. Planning &amp; Execution of Plans across customer in your geography to deliver the growth plans in the channel 4. Responsible for Commercial as well as operations aspects of all chains in the territory. a. CFR/Fill Rates b. Accounts Receivable c. POs 5. Reporting on Customer data and analysis to identify Opportunity areas. 6. Relationship SPOC for 1 Channel partner for All India Operations. 7. Effective brand availability across channel partners 8. Development of new regional players in the category to grow Kellogg's presence in the channel Education &amp; Experience : - Proven experience in FMCG/F&amp;B as a Territory Sales Officer or Assistant Sales Manager or similar position in a modern format role. E-Commerce experience will be an advantage - Relevant experience of 3+ years. - Interpersonal and communication skills
