Assistant Manager - DotEx KRA / KYC
Key Responsibility :
Descriptive Parameters :
- Overlooking the functioning of DotEx KRA
- Increasing the no of KYC's uploaded per month
- Resolve queries from intermediaries raised via telephone/ e-mail.
- Ensure verification of KYC documents within the prescribed TAT
- MIS generation for SEBI
- Ensure prompt generation of bills for services provided to registered intermediaries every quarter.
- On-time operations to meet SEBI specified TAT
- Providing customer requirements within current cost structure
Development and Managing of Central KYC Registry e-platform :
- Managing daily operations at the CKYC
- Data Analytics and MIS
- Soliciting, analyzing and drafting business requirements and liaising with technology and third-party stakeholders for implementation and roll-out.
- Design or review of test cases, process change requests and deployment
- Effective written and verbal communication including technical writing skills
- Liaison with Financial Institutions for functional and technical issues
- Accountable for customer experience across domains
Require MBA (Finance) having relevant experience into KYC.
Salary range - 9-10 LPA
