Our Client is Hiring Assistant Manager - Direct Taxation (CA) in Mumbai Location Qualification - Chartered Accountant Experience - 2 to 5 year - Preferred candidates from manufacturing Industries / Tax firm - Handling Income Tax assessment and coordinating for income tax refunds - Preparation and filing of Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Report - Computation of Foreign Tax Credit - Preparation and getting approval lower tax deduction certificate u/s 197 - Advising business teams on regular TDS related compliances, ensuring payment of tax and filing of TDS returns on a timely basis - Computation of advance tax and MAT and ensuring payment of them - Preparation of Tax Charge &amp; Deferred Tax working for financials preparation. - Coordination with the Tax Consultants/Lawyers for appeal matters.
