Assistant Manager - Direct Tax - Big4

Would require mandatory experience in Direct Tax profile post - qualification along with good experience in Advisory of Domestic & Corporate Tax.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting tax planning for clients to meet with the corporate tax obligations as per statute

- Representing clients at Departments/ Appellate authorities

- Providing advise on Corporate tax laws and regulatory matters, including preparing memos / notes / presentations for the clients

- Adhering to clients Corporate Tax compliance timelines as per statute

- Managing engagements in the field of corporate tax for clients

- Coaching/ developing junior members on the concepts of corporate tax

- Attend external training and keep updated with the latest developments

- Identifying new opportunities for the firm and assisting seniors in pitching

- Understand risk management procedures and ensure adherence thereto
