Assistant Manager - Digital Sales & Operations - Key Account Management (4-8 yrs)
This position is part of the Digital Sales & Operations team of Organization. Looking for candidates who are passionate in Retail & e-commerce industry with the eagerness to learn and contribute to the fastest growing Channel of the Organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for B2B Key Account Management (KAM) and D2C Business (Marketplace).
- Execute the JBP as defined; Execute New Sales opportunities with focus on Brand/Category
Expansion & New season launches :
- Monitor and ensure Catalog Hygiene at all Marketplaces & inventory buildup for specific Marketing
Campaigns :
- Co-ordinate with internal operations team to ensure on-time delivery of products, resolve payment issues & reconciliations at buyer level
- Ensure Data Management - Primary Sales, Secondary Sales & other key metrics of Business
- Set, Track and advise improvements on the KPIs of the team
- Lead, Coach and Motivate the Team on all aspects of Business
Skills required :
- 3-5 years of experience in KAM, Business Development or Category Management
- Experience with e-commerce/offline partners preferred.
- Stakeholder Management with ability to negotiate
- Conflict resolution across cross functional teams
- Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Passionate, self-driven and outcome oriented
- Great in networking and relationship handling
- An effective communicator
