Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (10-15 yrs)
- Demonstrate execution of B2B direct and digital marketing best practices.
- Delivering on our marketing strategy across the company, working with multiple stakeholders, Operations, Sales, CEM, Center of Excellence teams to encourage lead generation, customer retention, and customer loyalty.
- Responsible for content generation and development through coordination with internal and external teams to manage and update the corporate website in tandem with corporate positioning and business goals.
- Help to execute account-based marketing techniques for maximizing penetration with customer accounts.
- Design and Manage the process flow for successful participation and marketing in events.
- Making use of HubSpot to execute requests/briefs originating from the marketing team.
- Customer Journey Mapping - maximizing commercial opportunities through the development of email nurture tracks.
- Brand monitoring through brand tracking tools and ensuring traffic to the website.
Candidate Will Have :
- Extensive experience in direct and digital marketing, ideally within the IT services marketing industry.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation technologies (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua).
- HubSpot Certified Expert or equivalent experience in digital marketing automation tools.
- A strong background in developing customer acquisition strategies (experience in developing re-engagement and retention strategies a plus).
- Strong communication skills, and demonstrable capacity for strong collaboration within a large corporate environment/organization.
- Must possess content writing skills, as the role demands individuals to draft various forms of content (cases, internal whitepapers, blogs, e-books, free guides, etc.).
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT services marketing at a large IT services company.
