KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space for home Care Product brand; design, build and maintain social media presence and drive engagement
- Create and drive content with the help of digital agency on social media handles
- Identify trends and insights to create engaging content
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Manage & respond to Consumer feedbacks and complaints
- Expand Digital Footprint by entering relevant platforms
- Explore new platforms for brand to reach out to consumers
- Drive follower base on Instagram, ShareChat and Helo
- Implement Integrated digital campaigns
- Create campaigns around fluid and fixed moments suitable for the brand
- Reach amplification for on-ground activation
- Designing Product launch campaigns to provide incremental reach to traditional media
- Spearhead initiatives to drive e-commerce business
- Drive business on e-commerce channel as per plan
- Designing Campaigns for new and existing SKUs utilizing various promotional assets across the e-commerce platform along with KAMs to promote business
- Regular tracking of availability of SKUs across platform
- Listing of appropriate SKUs for the platform, designing newer formats for the platform
- Manage the home Care Product devotional mobile APP on Android and iOS
- Ideate and design new engaging content for the APP
- Scout for partners to create credentialized content
- Drive IN-app engagement through notification campaigns on the platform with the help of APP engagement partner
- Generate insights using the data analytics platform of Adobe to understand user behavior
- Identify opportunities to monetize and generate revenue stream using the APP
- Promote APP downloads using various marketing tools at an effective cost
- Sustain and proliferate APP's active user base
- Manage & respond to Consumer feedback and complaints
- KaiOS APP development to be explored for future
- Upgrade and contemporize the APP UI regularly
- Interact with Social Media Command Centre team
- Track digital reach, SOV, engagement vs competition monthly
- Gather insights for business objectives through social media listening tools
- Utilize new digital databases purchased by the team for the business
- Interact with Corporate Communications team
- Promote the brand internally using email, website, newsletters, App
