Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing - FinTech (2-4 yrs)

This person is responsible for three key parts of our performance marketing strategy - paid social media, mobile app marketing, and content distribution.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the targets and budgets allocated for the individual assigned channels.

2. Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse critical metrics for the individual channels.

3. Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all paid social media, content distribution and mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.

4. Responsible for regular reporting of mobile app campaigns and performance against KPIs

5. Create a mobile marketing tracker and dashboard and maintain ownership

6. Data analysis with the use of tools like GA, Firebase, Branch, Appsflyer, etc., and implementation of results

7. Collaborate with creative teams for mobile app campaign assets, product enhancements, etc

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Proven work experience in Facebook, Content distribution networks and mobile apps related mobile ad networks etc. with 2-3 years of experience.

2. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

3. Experience in planning of mobile app specific marketing campaigns and reporting

4. Analytical mindset and critical thinking

5. An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Academic qualifications:

Undergraduate/MBA
