Role Summary: Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing activities
Key Result Areas
Website:
- Own and manage corporate brand website
- Derive consumer, business, and technical insights through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Implement actionable for insights derived through such tools
- Manage multiple internal stakeholders for website content updation
Digital Products:
- Manage consumer facing digital products such as ecommerce journeys
- Work with a cross-functional team of IT, Digital, Ops, sales, call centre, legal, and others to manage and optimize the ecommerce journey of the brand
SEO & Content:
- Responsible for website SEO
- Drive traffic to the website through whitehat SEO tactics
- Create content along with agency to create articles, blogs, to generate positive brand image and to organic traffic
- Create engaging content on the technical aspects of insurance to be published on our platforms as well as 3rd party platforms
- Liaise with L&C, Finance, Purchase for approvals for various delivery requirements
- Prepare reports for analysis and reporting monthly to optimize current processes
E Skills Required
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles to be used for designing the website and digital products
- Deep understanding of technical aspects of website such as HTML, CSS as well as the SEO (meta tags, redirects etc)
- Deep understanding of different digital marketing activities and tools
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Hands on experience in using Content Management Systems, preferably AEM. Or, other CMS such as Wordpress
- Hands-on experience on analytics tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication skills. Must be able to articulate a good communication brief and evaluate creative content in line with the given brief
- Knowledge and understanding of the BFSI industry will be good but not mandatory
- Basic Computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, word etc.)
- Good presentation skills - both in making decks as well as presenting thoughts and ideas
Essential Desired
Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any field Undergraduate in engineering
MBA (Marketing \ Communication\ Media) or Masters with a leading institute
Experience 5-6 years
