We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our Digital Experience team within the India GCoE. This role plays a crucial part in managing the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing function and ensuring smooth onboarding and team performance. You will work closely with GCoE leadership and collaborate with Corporate Digital Experience managers in the U.S. to drive digital success across platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee digital marketing resources, work schedules, time-off requests, and staffing allocations.
- Support leadership in identifying performance gaps, training needs, and career development opportunities.
- Regularly monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and resolve conflicts or staffing challenges.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure deliverables align with SLAs, process standards, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and participate actively in performance reviews.
- Coordinate workflow and project timelines to ensure accurate and timely output.
- Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, processes, and business units for optimal oversight.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Foster team collaboration and ensure a cohesive, high-performing unit that aligns with global digital goals.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in team management.
- Strong expertise in Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce), web analytics, social media, and content management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams with empathy and lead with a solution-focused mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project and resource management.
- Familiarity with tools like Workfront or similar project management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
