Looking out for an Assistant Manager - Digital Ad Sales with one of the leading online publisher. It will be an independent "work from home" opportunity, but would require traveling across the North region. As part of the Digital Ad Sales team, the person will be responsible for connecting with corporate clients and media agencies from the industry verticals assigned and pitching the company's digital advertising solutions. Job Location - Delhi Responsibilities - Establish and nurture relationships with decision makers/influencers within major clients and ad agencies - Actively identify and pursue new advertising and revenue opportunities - Strategize for growth and maximum share of category spends on digital platform - Provide actionable insights on ad performance using analytical tools - Report on ad sales, impressions and other related metrics - Client servicing and Key account management - Meet the assigned quarterly revenue targets - Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities Qualifications/Experience -&nbsp; - Graduate/MBA professional with 2-8 years of experience in Print/Digital Ad sales - 3 years Digital Ad sales experience is a must - Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of own products as well as that of competitors - Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics - Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, analytical and problem solving skills - Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player - High on initiative.
