AM / DM - Talent Management / L&D / OD for a Global MNC in Bangalore
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops for an average of 8 to 10 days in a month.
- Monitors and evaluate effectiveness of training program
- Design content and facilitate learning interventions and measure learning impact
- Lead talent development programs and/or projects specific to: talent reviews, talent pool management, career mapping,Hi-PO program management, key talent mobility (IJP and assessments).
- Coach, consult and collaborate with HR Business Partners, SMEs and functional leaders on the development and implementation of talent development solutions
- Design effective and efficient communication to keep all stakeholders connected, informed, and on track with talent development program solutions
- Perform administrative and communication tasks necessary to deliver high-quality talent development and learning solutions.
- Approach all project and program management work with a continuous improvement mindset and integrates continuous improvement tools and processes wherever possible
- Reports results and provides analysis of trends and solutions related to talent development.
Experience Range:
- 8 years to 12 years. Master's degree in HR or other comparable HR qualification
- Education: Master's degree in HR or other comparable HR qualification.
Competencies:
Knowledge:
- Understands the techniques of facilitation and learning models / methodologies
- Understands competencies and its application
- Understand competency assessments and its usage; BEI approach
- Understands job and career architecture
- Understand leadership models
- Talent mapping and 9 box approach
- Certified on 2 assessment areas and /or has a working know how of competency assessments
- Understands project management concepts
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)

- Adept at planning and execution.
- Can manage stakeholders and expectations in line with function goals.
- Influencing and Decision-Making: Ability to successfully negotiate and influence key-decision-makers and stakeholders to support successful program development and implementation
- Effective presentation skills
- Can design and facilitate workshops for Team lead and Team Manager levels
- Can facilitate talent development dialogues
- Can facilitate a talent development dialogue using the 9-boxmodel.
- Facilitated workshops for team leads and above and applied leadership theories and management principles.
- Can define a career map for a given job family
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and relationship-building skills

Experience:
- Facilitated workshops for team leads and above for 5 years. Should be working in the BPO / IT / Big 4 or Management Consulting Firms.
- Managed L&D operations activities or led a talent project for a head count of 2000
- Led aproject from start to end on any of the given talent areas with a measure and outcome (talent development dialogues// competency-based job and career maps // competency assessments //competency-based performance management)
