Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Performance (Digital) Marketing

AM/ DM - Digital Marketing

Job Summary : We are looking for "AM/ DM - Performance Marketing" required for India's leading education company. Position is in Mumbai.

Location : Mumbai

Purpose : This role holder will plan, implement and monitor all Digital marketing activities for Euro Kids & Kangaroo Kids brand with respect to Performance Marketing, SMM, Website Management, SEO, Google Listings, ORM tools & Google Analytics.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for marketing spends on mobile/web channels for user acquisition

- Set acquisition and growth targets and improve them QoQ for channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Adwords, Bing Display, Affiliates channels.

- Candidate will be key personnel for driving 80000 admissions for EuroKids and 7000 admissions for Kangaroo Kids + Franchise B2B Lead Generation

- Setting up, Tracking and Analyzing analytics tools to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.

- Adopting Search engine optimization (SEO)/ Search Engine Marketing (SEM), PPC ; Paid and Organic marketing initiatives.

- Developing creative content for use on the digital platform; preparing implementation schedule and budget.

2. Design, build and maintain social media presence for EK & KK Franchisee :

- Implementing best practices for raising brand awareness, brand recall and consistency in social media messaging through Social media marketing strategies.

- Leveraging social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter for lead generation to deliver qualified leads/ ROI to business.

- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

- Identifying current affairs and highlights that maybe leveraged to run lead generation campaigns for the pre-school network.

- Improving user experience on the company's websites (including design, content, and usability)

Education :

- Any Graduate/PG with 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in Digital Marketing/ website design and content, email campaigns etc.

- Certified in Digital/ Branding/ Marketing

- Hands on experience in performance marketing and digital platforms like Facebook, Google SEM, Google SEO, GMB etc.

- Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Tools like Appsflyer/Singular/Firebase

- Well versed in Data Analysis and making sense of data.
