2. Current & Future Training need identification through Performance Management System & Succession Planning.
3. Support in Talent and Leadership Development interventions that aids in execution of business strategies and enhance business performance.
4. Institutionalize Competency Framework & assessment of Learning Needs with support of Business Manager & HR BPs
5. Implement the overall Road map for L&D Plan / Strategy based on Need Assessment, IDP/People Capability & Competency Matrix
6. Calendarize L&D Intervention to fulfil Business & Individual Needs with support of L&D Head
7. Collaborate with Internal Trainer as well as External L&D partners for Delivery of L&D programmes in line with the needs & Plans
8. Develop & Implement Strategies to monitor effectiveness of training
9. Conduct out bound team building activities as part of Team outing.
