- This person will be responsible for designing the Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition strategy for the company. This incumbent needs to understand the roles, manpower and skills required in the organization and design the framework on how to bridge the gaps. - The role will strategically partner with leaders to understand the company's goals, identify their talent needs and think through ways to attract the desired talent. This person will be responsible for Recruitment strategy and operations. - This role will be accountable for the entire gamut of recruitment processes (Sourcing, Assessment, Offers and Onboarding). A key deliverable of this role is to ensure that the Recruitment plans and targets are met. - This person will be responsible for setting up robust processes, metrics and reports related to manpower Planning and hiring. - This incumbent will partner with leaders in resource planning, allocation and drafting the manpower plans for the company - This person shall collaborate with Hiring Managers to design and implement optimal sourcing strategies against the manpower plan requirements. - This person should be comfortable with direct sourcing covering all sourcing channels - internal mobility, referrals, advertised search, on-line job boards, networking, research, company website and search engines. - He/She should be able to identify the sources for hiring that cost efficient, highly effective with fast turnaround time - This person should be certified on assessment tools and should be able to partner with the business leaders on creating strong assessment mechanisms for recruitment - The incumbent will be responsible for deploying assessment tools in the interviews to ensure that talent that is taken forward is as per org/ business requirements - This person should have experienced/led campus hiring. He / She should be aware of the placement process across Tech and Non-Tech Institutions - He/She would be responsible / hands on with respect to all Recruitment operations (Sourcing, interview scheduling, coordination etc). This role shall be held responsible for the Recruitment TAT - This person should have a strong hold on dashboards and should be able to create regular recruitment reports / trackers to gauge the health of manpower planning and recruitment related processes. - He/She should be familiar with creating Job Descriptions & specifications with respect to hiring - This person should be strong at stakeholder management (internal and external). Externally this person should stay connected to consultants, vendors, industry peers & internally with business leaders at all points to ensure relevant and timely information flow. - This person needs to be very organized and planned - To gather real time market intelligence on people, compensation, related trends and movements. The person is responsible for sharing this from time to time. - This person should have a strong vendor network that can assist in sourcing as and when needed. - This person will be responsible for compensation benchmarking - internal and external. - He/She will be responsible for salary negotiations and ensuring the compensation offered takes into account the market trends and internal parity. Maintaining compensation, parity sheets will be this person's responsibility.
