Roles and Responsibilities :

- Sannam S4 is looking for a technically strong and confident Assistant Manager who would be responsible for building up the company's manpower in India. Based in Delhi/Mumbai and reporting directly into the Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition, this is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most respected and fastest growing India focused international consulting firms.

- Sourcing/Headhunting candidates through all possible channels such as Job Portals as Naukri, references, LinkedIn, social media, Mapping, Head Hunting, Market Analysis.

- Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles and scheduling candidates for interviews with in a stipulated time frame.

- Salary negotiation with the candidates and follow-ups till the requirement is fulfilled.

- Focus would be on BFSI/F&A Hiring and other Lateral hiring as per business needs.

- Sound knowledge of new age recruitment tools and hiring trends

- Accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Master employee Database.

- Ensuring the TAT for the number of positions

- Working closely with departments to understand the current and long-term manpower requirements;

- Developing job descriptions and person specifications;

- Sourcing and headhunting candidates from various sources including portals, networks, LinkedIn, database, and by company mapping;

- Screening application forms, shortlisting applicants, devising and implementing selection processes, conducting interviews and facilitating final interviews with department head;

- Working closely with the HR team after identification of right staff for the on boarding process.

External :

- To work with international clients to understand manpower requirements for India market;

- Consulting clients on the available talent pool in the required sector and further on each stage through the recruitment process; Responsibility of advertising the job if planned as per the recruitment strategy

- Interview, screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirement and understanding;

- Presenting the final shortlist to client as per agreed timelines;

- Facilitating the final interviews through video conferencing/ Skype/face to face as per the availability;

- Working with client on benefits and salary component;

- Initiating salary discussions and negotiations with selected candidate;

- Working closely with HR operations team to initiate smooth entry of selected candidate in Sannam S4 or on client's payroll as per the case;

- Coordinate and work with the finance team to initiate invoice and follow up on collection of payment at required stages as per the contract; and

- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to understand further requirement of manpower.

Minimum required qualifications:

- MBA, preferably in Human Resources

- Knowledge of end to end recruitment life cycle and process

Work Experience:

- 4+ years of recruiting experience in senior F&A/FC Roles

- Out of total 5 years, 1+ years of experience must be in head hunting or in Executive Search firms

- Demonstrated experience working independently on critical positions

- Experience in hiring across diverse functions and sectors

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Sound commercial understanding

- The ability to work on your own initiative & under pressure with diverse personnel across all levels

- Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations

- Pleasant personality
