We have an urgent opportunity with one of the largest global BPO

Location : Bangalore/ Pune / Mumbai

Exp : 4yrs+

Levels : Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Sr Manager

- Looking for the candidates having exposure into hirings, recruitment across levels. Lateral and leadership hiring is preferred

- Candidate should be involved into end to end hiring cycle

- Should be working across domains and levels

- Hands on experience in sourcing profiles from Job Portal, Employee Referral and Social Media

- Experience in managing & sourcing candidate from low cost channels and manages good channel mix

- Experience includes Recruitment, Account and Vendor Management/ Full recruitment life cycle implementation/ Salary negotiations with Candidates and Rate negotiations for contracting and Sub-Contracting

- Expertise in Employer Branding, Sourcing Strategies, Employee Referrals, Internal Job Postings, Vendor Management, Mapping locations, handling business & complete end to end operations

- Planning Weekend Drives, Mapping location for weekend drives, Allocating resources for coordination

- Provide leadership and strategy to recruit 'Right Fit' employees in a cost effective & timely manner to meet business critical initiatives / goals.
