Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager Products (Asset Management Company)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Position: Asst Manager / Dy Manager / Manager Products

Reporting to: Head - Products

Overall Accountability:

- The candidate is expected to independently monitor, support and promote assigned products.

- Make industry benchmarked product & market communications (in the form of monthly notes, presentations, reports, creative one pagers, market based event notes etc in simple language and graphical format).

- He or she is also expected to contribute to new product ideas and help in the overall product life cycle.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Product & Market communications

- Product Management ; New product launches, changes in existing product etc.

- End to end monitoring, support and management of assigned products as a separate business unit.

Key Inter-relationships:

- Sales Team , Investment Team, Operations team and Compliance Team

- Reporting Relationship

- Head Products

Experience: 2-6 year in related industry and job

Technical Competencies: Proficient in Excel & Word & PPT; Preference for knowledge of ICRA MFI Explorer; Morningstar Direct etc.; Basic data extraction from Bloomberg.

Skills:

- Understanding of various performance measures and its usage such as CAGR, XIRR for SIP, Standard devition etc.

- Detailed Understanding of mutual fund products & capital markets.

Personal Attributes: Willingness to learn & continuously improve, adaptability, organised and detail-oriented.

Formal Qualifications: MBA/CA/CFA along with other professional qualifications. Additional certifications in finance are an added advantage
