Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Legal - LLB+CS (4-10 yrs)
Position AM/DM Legal
Experience - 6-8 years of US MNC experience
Qualification - LLB + CS professionals. LLB qualification from premier Law School is essential.
Profile Contract Management + CS
- Candidate should have and understanding of Corporate law
- Candidates should preferably have worked with US MNC/MC : because it means they have prior experience and understanding of few laws that are critical. Its easier for such persons to integrate in company's culture. They are already aware of and understand the relevance of various US sanctions program, Provision of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti Boycott laws etc
- Candidates should be working as in-house counsels having at least 5 years of experience in handing corporate commercial work.
- Candidate should be well-versed in Reviewing, drafting and negotiating all kind of agreements and NDA
- Interprets contracts and advises on contractual responsibilities
