AM / DM - Learning & Development Skills and Knowledge - Training Delivery - Good Analytical Ability - Excellent Communication Skills - Content Designing Skills and - Event management and leadership Skills - Vendor Liasioning and Co-ordination Skills - Good Hold on MS Office - Good knowhow of quality Initiatives and handling Audits Key responsibilities - Training management - Help in ensuring L&D provisions to keep up to date - Online content and webinars facilitation for employees, ensuring appropriate communication for the same - Performing general tasks to ensure smooth execution of L&D operations - Ensuring GAP execution end to end and initiated certification programs - TNI based training calendar preparation after analysis of TNI requests and building strong relationships with project teams. - Assisting in evaluation of learning solutions and effectiveness of new programmes as per organizational processes and business needs - Contribute to content design and delivery of variety of new technical skills and facilitation of the same. - Work closely with Manager-L&D to align skill enhancement opportunities from technical perspective. - Develop and implement cost effective blended learning solutions leveraging internal and external training providers including class-room based learning, webinars and e-learning modules. - Develop and maintain external networks of L&D providers - Undertake learning needs analysis across the organization; building strong relationships with staff and managers in business units - Contribute to the design and delivery of a range of new learning and development activities, drive and project manage the execution of a range of learning initiatives (Either Technical or Behavioral) - Support GL Internal Pool with professional development, providing feedback, mentoring and training as appropriate - Contribute to the development of an integrated L&D strategy for each of the company's departments and business units.
