Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Learning & Development - FMCG/Retail/Telecom (3-7 yrs)
- Ability to conduct training need analysis
- Ability to conduct training sessions for employees
- Ability to prepare training content based on training need analysis
- Vendor Management
- Maintain training MIS and timely & accurate submission of training reports - working knowledge of excel & powerpoint
- Flexibility to travel pan-india whenever required to conduct training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken & written)
- Ability to deliver training in English and Hindi
