Job Description  The incumbent will have responsibility for end-to-end L&D for the core employees up to senior management level. The aspect of training will cover tasks spanning from induction, training, designing and managing development initiatives at all levels and maintaining/improving Training quality management system.  Role:  - To manage the end-to-end learning & development processes including:  - Working with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify training needs and trends within the business  - Training budgeting and managing ROI  - Develop training calendars, plan of action on annual basis  - Identify training and development needs within an organization through alternate sources - job analysis, PMS, regular consultations with business managers Corporate and Plants  - Design and expand training and development initiatives based on the needs of the organization and the individuals  - Work/ in team to produce solutions that are satisfactory to all stakeholders such as line managers, senior managers, supervisory roles and employees.  - Research new technologies and methodologies and develop effective learning solutions (coaching, classroom training, action learning & e-learning etc.  - Developing/delivering training modules to suit target audience  - Liaison with academia and expert third parties for, learning solutions which includes a blended approach to learning such as Delivering learning solutions and training sessions to employees at management level  - Manage and oversee the development at various levels of management including succession and knowledge management  - Handle employee engagement process within the organisation including survey, strategy sessions, action planning and follow thru.  - Managing the delivery of training and development initiatives in a more senior role, devising training strategies  - Amend and revise existing initiatives as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment  - Has a deep understanding of e-learning techniques, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages  - Manage Campus induction, training, review and mentoring process  - Formulate assessment tools in line with competencies to be assessed & conduct assessments.  - Training analytics ensuring compliance as per ISO 10015+ standards and management requirements including audits  - Manage and follow thru to assess training effectiveness of various initiatives  - Branding - Build visibility for key initiatives thru branding, creatives and internal marketing.  Desired Candidate Profile  - Graduate / Post graduate in HR or MBA - HR / Psychology with 3 - 5 years of post qualification experience in Learning and Development in a large Ltd company.  - Basic knowledge of training/ processes/ methods & tools. Proficient with MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word  - Candidate living or willing to relocate to Hyderabad may only apply.  - Candidate with pure L&D /Training experience will only be considered.  - Candidates from Mfg, Telecom, FMCG or service sector will be preferred.  - Good conceptual skills / Networking capabilities  - Good facilitation skills (experience of delivering classroom training sessions would be added advantage).  - Strong execution capabilities including organizing and planning skills to manage events and program related objectives  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
