Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Leadership Hiring - BPO (5-9 yrs)

- The candidate will be responsible for recruitment of senior level to top level of management
- Candidate must know the various effective sources if recruitment through which the right profiles can be sourced to fill the open positions
- Should be knowledgeable and experienced in filling in positions by headhunting, cold calling and application through social media and professional networks
Requirement :
- Excellent Communication Skills (8/10)
- Strong knowledge & experience of MS Word & Excel
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
- Should have majorly worked on positions ranging from Sr. Manager to AVP positions from BPOs
- Pleasing personality
Education:
- Graduates / PG with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience of which should have done atleast 2 years of Mid & Senior level recruitment from BPO
- Strong experience in leadership hiring
- Should be an Individual Contributor
- Head hunting, Cold Calling, sourcing from social media
Shift timings: 11.00am to 8.00pm
Salary Range - Upto 9 Lacs p.a.
Weekly Off :Sunday fixed off
