AM/DM - IT Recruitment in a Fortune 500 company  Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager   Qualification : MBA + B.Tech  Exp: 2 -5 years  Necessary Skills & Attributes  - Should have hands on experience on leadership hiring  - Should have hands on experience in technical lateral recruitments and closing the requirements on time.  - Should be able to independently work on critical open positions.  - Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.  - Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required.  - Strong interest in IT/Technology innovations, keen to follow industry trends and the ability to - talk shop- with technical candidates.  - Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, channels, and processes especially LinkedIn & Naukri  - Good experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).  - Exposure of International recruitment will be an add-on  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Sourcing for lateral talent especially leadership positions and niche technologies  - Sourcing candidates from location outside India especially US  - Screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with the short listed candidates through telephonic, in-person or video conference.  - Conducting HR interviews, Salary negotiation & closures within the designed deadlines.  - Helping in campus hiring initiatives as and when required.  - Should be able to work on assignments related to process improvements and system automations   - Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.  - Other responsibilities as so may be assigned from time to time to support specific business needs or peak periods.
