- Responsible for achieving Direct & Indirect Control Items of IR Department in Plant Area / Mfg. Unit
- Responsible for Engagement of Blue Collar associates for maintaining Harmony in Plant Area / Mfg. Unit
- Responsibility for advising management on maintaining relations with Blue Collars Associates in a Non-unionized environment
- Liasion and Public Relation with Local Authorities
- Controlling Salary & General Activities (SGA) Budgeting
- Actively participate in x-functional activities / projects
