Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Human Resources


Role & Responsibilities :

- Talent Acquisition

- Lining up interviews

- Coordinating and Scheduling Interview

- Maintaining Recruitment database

- Other logistic arrangement and sending calendar invite to the partner

- Coordination with consultant

- Follow-up to get the feedback

- Internship Process

- Handling end to end internship process

- Initiating internship request received from partners and client

- Taking care of Intern Induction

- Handling internship queries and concerns

- Preparing internship certificate

- Maintaining internship tracker

- Assigning team and training guide to the interns

- Sending email of internship confirmation taking care of logistics

- Employee Engagement

- Monthly birthday party arrangement

- Preparing email invite, organizing snacks and cake for birthday party

- Organizing party on Diwali, Christmas, Firm's Anniversary, and Independence Day etc.

Training and Development :

- Responsible for arranging and coordinating for In-house training sessions

- Coordinating with L&D team

- Maintaining training records for Mumbai Region

- Updating training scores/ credits monthly basis

- Handing employee queries

Background Verification Process :

- Upload all the documents on Vendors website for background verification

- Follow up with retainers for pending documents

- Fulfilling the insufficiencies raised by vendor

- Follow up for final report and for invoice with vendor

Sabbatical Process :

- Initiate sabbatical process on request of retainer

- Inform reporting as well managing partner on sabbatical with reason

- Sending sabbatical formality email to retainer

- Ensure smooth transition and proper handover

- Sending notification to respective department

Joining Process :

- Inform respective team to arrange all the necessary set up for new joinee

- Introducing with their reporting partner and the team

- Office tour

- Verifying new joinee documents for filling purpose

Exit Process :

- Initiate exit process post discussion with retainer

- Taking official approval from their reporting partner

- Sending exit formality email to retainer

- Ensuring proper handover and all the formalities must completed on time

- Sending notification to the respective department

- Follow up with account team on full and final settlement

- Issuing relieving letter to exited employee

HR Operations :

- Leave and attendance management

- Maintaining leave records for Mumbai Region

- Assisting admin team on leave and attendance

- Handing employee queries related to leave and attendance

- Preparing letters - Bonafide letter, Confirmation letter, Relieving letter, Visa letter and Internship certificate

- Sending notification to respective team in case of any change in the system (joining, exit, sabbatical, secondment, team change and promotion)

- Maintaining document records for employees and interns

- Opening Bank account of new joiners

- Updating and maintaining database

- Entries of new joiners in Ax Dynamics and HRMS

- Updating employees record on timely basis in Ax Dynamics

- Sending responses on email to the job applications and internship application day to day basis
