- Head Count budgeting in line with the business growth plan

- Execute the PMS process as per guideline
- Exercise Compensation & Benefits activities for both the location

- Prepare & Execute career progression plan for employees
- Conduct benchmarking surveys to improve on HR policies
- Design & Implement HR policies and ensure its compliance
- Conduct campus drives for hiring fresh talents & to create bench strength
