Roles and responsibilities

1. Design and implement various training methodology to train and coach 100+ executives in branches PAN India on various HR policies and procedures.

2. Design processes to improve the quality of hiring and ensure 100% staffing in the branches at all times in co-ordination with Recruitment Team.

3. Devise and implement mechanisms to track performance on a continuous basis and take corrective actions, wherever needed.

4. Proactively develop one-to-one connect with the team strengthening relationships for better coordination and hence increased productivity.

5. Be a single point of contact for resolution of queries and grievances.

6. Ensure regular and frequent communication through various channels including mails, whatsapp etc.

7. Centrally collate and analyse various transactional MIS's to review the performance of the team and project future actions.

8. Handle new HR transformation projects on need basis as a part of HR operations team.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

1. Experience : 2+ years exp, preferably HR operations

2. Excellent Communication skills, fluent in both English and Hindi

3. Good people management skills

4. High on ownership and solution orientation

5. Should be able to operate independently with minimal guidance

6. Exceptional drive for results
