Job Description:
- Responsible for driving engagement programs and specific employee Reward & Recognition framework to ensure employee retention and employee satisfaction is healthy.
- Responsible for liaising with stakeholders for deployment, hiring, employee assimilation.
- Responsible for interaction with leadership on employee development and design programs/interventions by understanding business needs and challenges in addition to addressing people challenges.
- Design and lead the engagement charter for the account. Lead career conversations, facilitate leadership connect and motivate employees through innovative Rewards & Recognition programs
Job Evaluation, employee life cycle and employee management
- Knowledge of HR frameworks and models will be preferred.
- Experience in working on HR systems will be an advantage.
- Client Centricity and Stakeholder Management
- Counseling and Grievance handling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
