We have a job opportunity for Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager.

Job Mode - Work from office

Location - Pune

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Analyze client operations, gather data, brainstorm potential options, and make choices about right operating models.

2. Advice Clients and Finance executives on the creation of strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management.

3. Through leadership and expertise, Finance & Performance team equip CFOs and Finance function leaders with a strategic agenda and deliver solutions to create impact within their organization, and at the market level.

4. Delivery & Ownership of assigned Balance Sheet Quality Assurance assignments.

5. Assess the current performance of the finance function and identify areas of improvements around operating model, processes and relevant tech systems

Qualifications and skills:

1. CA Qualified.

2. 6 months - 5 years of experience as Assistant/ Deputy Manager.

3. Excellent IFRS Accounting Knowledge.

4. Extensive hands on experience in Balance Sheet ledger scrutiny.
