Location : Mumbai

Functional Area : Finance & Accounts

1. Filling of income tax return of the company (Corporate & Plant)

2. Coordinating with statutory auditors for transfer pricing audit and tax audit of the company

3. Timely compliance with Income Tax Department for scrutiny matter. Coordinating with consultant for Appeal and ITAT matter

4. Finalize financial statements, accounts and other required statutory reports of group companies.

5. Reconciliation of ledger accounts of group companies.

6. Looking after taxation compliance of group companies. Supervise TDS compliance,

7. Filling reply to department for various notices like demand notice, filling letters for issued of refund 8. Verification & filling of inpidual and partnership firm returns.

9. Timely submission of details to Income Tax Departments and maintain good repo with officers and getting work done from department.

10. Co-ordinate with council and consultant for various income tax related matters.

11. Drafting queries for opinion of senior council.
