Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Credit Analyst - CA & CS - BFS

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp: CA & CS ( Rank Holder or Pass Out in first attempt) with 1-2 yrs. of work experience will be preferred.

Structuring (Primary)

- Structuring the transaction and closing the same in entirety with parties involved.

- Ensuring that pre and post transaction documentation requirements are met. Analytics - (Secondary)

- Reviewing and analyzing issuers (Corporates, Banks & Financial Institutions & NBFCs ), their financial statements / their peers /industry analysis in order to give a view on the creditworthiness of the issuers.

- Interacting with issuers and intermediaries for the primary research purpose.

- Identifying and understanding risk drivers of issuers / financial instruments and structuring the instruments accordingly.

- Analyzing structured papers of from various NBFCs and Banks for buyout and monitoring

- Detailed annual credit analysis of all existing investments and quarterly credit updates.

- Monitoring of credit events and interacting with rating agencies.
