Role & Responsibilities :
Leading in-house Market Researches (Qualitative & Quantitative) :
- Developing effective and efficient research plan (approach & methodology) for the studies
- Creating all research instruments like questionnaire, sampling plan, field brief note etc.
- Coordinating for samples and lab results with production and R&D team to ensure on time performance.
- Supervising and ensuring effective (with quality) and timely fieldwork completion of quantitative market research studies
- Conducting qualitative in house market research studies by moderating
Managing external agencies / vendors for full studies/ fieldwork :
- Ensuring best agencies/ promoters are on board (value- quality & price) to help in logistics for market research projects
- Liaisoning with external agencies during execution of research
- Monitoring the processes to ensure timely completion of the fieldwork activity meeting all quality standards
Analyzing / Insighting :
- Finalizing PowerPoint presentations for Quantitative in house studies conducted
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for Qualitative in house studies conducted
- Reviewing reports prepared by external agencies and ensuring the findings are complete and accurate as per the research brief/ objectives
- Creating executive summaries for all strategic projects (in house and otherwise) for management
- Collating Industry/ market trends, information on competition on monthly basis
Leadership :
- Take onus of the all Market Research Projects' related to assigned brand / market
- Identifying requirements for market research projects as per organization's business objectives
- Presenting findings of projects done to Management in an effective manner
- Managing finances to ensure the best output at the most optimum costs
