- Looking to hire AM/DM Channel Marketing for Leading Manufacturing Company @ Mumbai. Must have experience in BTL activation, market research, channel expansion, channel management, trade marketing etc.
Experience : 6 Years - 10 Years
Qualification : B.SC/ B.Tech with MBA (Full time).
Job Description :
Channel Expansion :
- Identify and on board new distributors and retailer base expansion .
Channel Management :
- Identify Issues of channel conflicts and take steps to mitigate them.
Market Visibility :
- Actively engaged in demand- generating activities ( Ex : CPC, Influencer meets)
- Support HO Team and channel team with driving visibility in the market by providing details of retailer boards, wall paintings, hoarding etc.
Marketing & Branding :
- Deliver on head offices's regional marketing plans, plan & execute key B2b customers events and exhibitions, influence marketing programs.
- Allocating regional marketing budget basis micro market analysis .
Team Management :
- Support & Train sales team (TMs) on channel development ; ensure DSRs compliance to ways of working.
