Job Deliverables :
1. Create reports in Tableau and ensure integration and institutionalization of new reports basis new channels, products, verticals etc.
2. Ensure highest process compliance through timely updation and use of manuals for report preparation
3. Coordinate with ODS / Data warehouse / system Analysts and IT to ensure delivery of required systems in a timely manner
4. Visual Analytics reports for Senior Management and Leadership Teams
5. Timely and accurate metrics to be shared on real time basis / daily basis for tracking
6. Analyzing the systems & process involved in collating information, streamlining the process of data collation, procuring necessary approvals & signoff on the requirement / logic / format, defining the TAT required to churn out the requirement
7. Have in depth knowledge of processes and Systems especially of core system and support system
8. Creating self-servicing portals for enabling slicing and dicing of data for the end users
9. Constantly look out for automation as well as upgradation of systems to ensure elaborate support on MIS is provided to different teams in a timely, accurate and error free manner.
10. Preparing reports to be compatible and manageable in sales portal, Tablet and mobile phone
11. Loss ratio review based on various parameters such as last year frequency and incidence
