- Technical degree or diploma in Textiles is absolutely MUST. Post Graduates would also be considered and given due weightage.
- Candidate from NON WOVEN & TRADE PRODUCTS background stands higher chance of getting shortlisted.
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong social networking skills and Team handling skills.
- Exposure to a high level of service standards.
- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 4 LPA may NOT be considered.
- Willing to relocate/based out of/to Rudrapur or Delhi (NCR)

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- To identify and target new clients from different industries
- To map markets and competition
- To generate new business from existing and new customers
- Work would cover the entire spectrum of Lead generation from prospecting customers through sales /cold calls, networking, meetings and pitches with potential clients till selling of ideas and services
- Coordination with Plant to complete the development in time as per customer quality and commercial requirement
- Convert these new businesses into key accounts
- Manage these key accounts by servicing them to clients satisfaction
- Develop new business initiatives with the client to increase the share of wallet
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and quality standards
- Understand clients brief and articulate it into meaningful deliverable
- To think and ideate solutions to different business situations / challenges
Achieve targets :
- Ensure all payments are received on time
- Daily Report preparation
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Proficiency in working on computer (MS Office, Outlook)
- Target based approach
