Qualification : Either B.Tech. or MBA (Full Time)
Job Description :
- Enhancing CAPs & customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints
- Handling exchange & pre owned cars sales
- Increasing New car sales through Exchange
- Promoting in-house sale of Certified Pre-owned cars
- Formulating and implementing sales target & strategies / policies
- Managing the product lifecycle and identifying streams
- Framing work direction and plan for the associates
- Formulating targets & implementing various schemes
- Working on the development of buying and selling index
- Analyzing monthly performance of the dealer
