Job Description :
- Develop and Execute a strong BTL (Below the Line) calendar to bring alive annual strategy and meet defined marketing objectives
- Develop the brand communication plan and coordinate with activation agencies to execute impactful campaigns
- Execute and Supervise Regional LSM (Local store marketing) programmes including planning, designing, and monitoring implementation
- Drive Innovation Experiential Campaign through process to ensure optimum resource allocation and support from cross functional teams
- Coordinate with various Printing and Activation Vendors to deliver impactful BTL campaigns to ensure defined business results
- Successfully lead and Manage Team across Region and drive motivation within all Team Members
- Establish strong Measurement metrics across all BTL campaigns to ensure positive ROI
Qualification: Graduate + MBA in Sales and Marketing
