Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Accounts Payable - BPO (7-9 yrs)
Incumbent will be responsible for the following :
- Migrating and setting up new processes of Accounts payable
- Maintaining client satisfaction and relationship building
- Making sure the deliveries are happening as per SLA
- Managing a large team with matrix structure
- Team management which includes, but is not limited to, delegation, timely feedback, appraisals etc
- Process improvement & Implementing QMS
- Analysis of queries, errors and complaints on a timely basis
- Monthly reporting calls with clients, handling escalations if any.
- Incumbent is expected to have minimum 7 years experience and should have atleast 4 years in a client facing role and managing large teams(Preferably offshore clients)
- Team management preferably should have prior experience in managing a team size of minimum 30 members
- Should have strong domain knowledge (accounts payable and reporting, business processes)
- Should be at managerial role for minimum 2-3 years
- Prior experience in accounts payable process is a must
- The person should have positive attitude, desire to grow and excellent communication skills
Salary Range: 7-9 LPA
