Hiring for one of the Big Four Client.

Role - Assistant Manager - Deal Strategy & Restructuring

Location - Delhi

Required - Demonstrated experience of 2-5 years in working on Real Estate consulting engagements and Government sector consulting (especially in Housing, Tourism, Hospitality, Commercial infrastructure projects)

- Working knowledge of financial modelling, financial analysis, feasibility assessment

- Understanding of Government tendering processes and preparation of RFQ, RFP and other bidding related documents. Experience in PPP Transaction Advisory will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines & ad-hoc project related work requirement

- Ability to manage work independently and manage interactions with senior client personnel

- Should be willing to travel intermittently for reasonable durations (1-2 weeks)
