- Six Sigma Green Belt, Black belt preferred

- Proficient in Data Analytics tools like tabaleu, MS Access, VB / others

- Worked on JDE / SAP / other ERP's

- Good communication skills, Verbal / Written

- Good Collaborative skills to manage internal / external stakeholders

- Agility to learn the Medical Devices products

- Able to develop clear & logical plans

- Excellent problem solving skills.
