Assistant Manager - Data Analyst - MIS (7-8 yrs)
Designation- Assistant Manager - MIS
Experience - 7 to 8 years
Qualification - MBA/ Data analyst with SCM experience
Few KRA:
- Expert in data mining from various ERP & Non ERP platform of the group, prepare MIS, price comparatives, quantity effect of commodity inflation, etc.
- Must have advanced skills in Excel
- Will be a central repository of data for Group SCM.
- Monthly reporting to ensure that the Supply management team is on track with respect to monthly and yearly targets
- Collaborating with PAN India supply management teams, cross functional teams to ensure the reports generated are accurate and head the MIS function across all the business.
- To work on strategies under the guidance of Head SCM and present in to all the department key stake holders
- To develop procedures and policies for smooth functioning of the department as per guidelines.
- To forecast savings for the organization by analyzing purchases and inflation
- Ensure deferred rebate reports are received, collated and invoiced each quarter in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that company's financial targets are achieved and not hampered.
- To ensure that contract renewals are done on time by sending the team alerts
- To conduct Management inspections of contractual cost, production and quality aspects of major procurement programs
- To have continuous improvement plans for system, people and processes in order to be with the pace of the industry norms
- Software experience mandatory like Navision, SAP, Excel, etc
