About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Manager Customer Success to lead our distribution and dealer network for vehicle location tracking devices across multiple states in India. This role demands strategic oversight, strong relationship management, and the ability to drive sales and operational efficiency to meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.

- Lead onboarding, training, and performance evaluation for the partner network.

- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and operational standards.

- Develop and implement regional and national sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Track sales performance and initiate corrective actions to meet KPIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market penetration and customer engagement.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape strategy.

- Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.

- Execute marketing and promotional campaigns at the state level.

- Ensure uninterrupted product supply across distribution channels.

- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain for timely replenishment.

- Resolve operational challenges through cross-departmental collaboration.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.

- Prepare detailed reports on sales, revenue, and market insights.

- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales and support teams.

- Foster a culture of high performance through clear goal-setting and regular feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory)

- MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in telematics or automotive sectors

- Demonstrated success in managing multi-state distributor and dealer networks
