This profile is for Customer Service Manager which requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of SAP SD module and preferably experience from FMCG Order to Cash process. MBA from a good institute (NITIE, NMIMS, SP Jain, IIT Bombay, XLRI) is desirable.

Responsibility

- Track and Monitor supply KPIs like fill rate, In-stock and DOH for Key accounts.

- Work closely with the Corporate KAMs to achieve the JBP targets with the customers

- Reconcile supply KPIs with key accounts and monthly reporting to sales and supply team

- Responsible for master data accuracy and timely listing/delisting of products

- Drive regular discussion on supply KPIs with key accounts and take action to improve KPIs

- Work closely with key accounts, KAMs and Demand planning team to improve channel forecast accuracy

- Improve distribution capability with respect to customer requirement across locations

- Lead supply chain innovation for better and improve efficiency of customer channel

- Conceptualize, Implement & execute - customer service improvement projects

- Manage team to MT COPC team implants and billers
