Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing
Vendor Management :
- Managing all Customer marketing vendors - POB - Merchandising & branding, Logistics, CPM and other activation agencies that we use - Big City, reward port etc.
- Record compliance: Contracts, POs & Invoice copy maintenance for all the work by each vendor
- Payments: ensure all POs are given on time including the estimates, invoices to be submitted on time post work and payment to be made as per payment norms & query resolution in case of any issues
Key KPIs : On time payment, 100% POs before start of work, Quarterly NDCs for each vendor
POB deployment tracking :
- Order placing of POB as per the requirement
- MT branding for Powerplay as per agreed list of stores
- POs for the same to be given on time
- Deliveries tracking as per agreed timelines
- Deployment tracking in the market through regions
Key KPIs : OTIF deployment of POB (GT & MT), Tracker by POB (deployment & availability in CFA & DB points)
Data Analytics :
- Single point of contact for Data analytics for customer marketing - Daily, Weekly, monthly reports
- Working with MIS to ensure that reports - Data & Financial maintained and published on time
- Working with region MIS/AMs to ensure targets come on time
- Ensure that end of the month reports & tracker are sent on time & confirmation from regions are taken on it - KPC Payment, DVSM incentive and other region incentives
