Assistant Manager - Customer Loyalty Program - Telecom/FMCG (2-3 yrs)
Designation: Assistant Program Manager
Location: Bangalore
The person would be responsible for:
- Bring partnerships that can help in boosting the sales and user experience
- Co-ordinate with the retail team, marketing team and other concerned teams to take end-to-end program ownership
- Work closely with the partners to ensure smooth operations for the program
- Work with the product team for system integration at the stores
- Performance tracking and analysis for all the programs
- Work with the retail team to plan on the structure and road map on new partnerships to drive sales and revenue
- End to end support to the partners and built strong relations with the partners
- Work and design the Customer Loyalty Program for company Retail Channel
- Work on new sales verticals within the company and assist in smooth functioning of the channel (Planning and Operations)
- Programmatically manage the product launch for all new products at the company, taking care from the stock availability for the product at all the stores to the marketing and VM support for the product
- Planning and executing new initiatives for the company. Define success metrics before pilot and ensure success of the pilot and help rolling out the initiatives across all stores
